For this raw, powerful, sugar-free bar, we have selected a mild, fruity cocoa with little bitterness. Its origin is a Criollo-profile and Sambirano-type cocoa bean. Madagascar has a long tradition of cultivating cocoa using artisanal methods. High-quality cocoa trees have always been present in the Northwest of the island.
